Holli joined Ben Brodhead shortly after he founded Brodhead Law. Currently, in her capacity as Chief Operating Officer, Holli handles all aspects of managing the business of the firm as well as providing leadership and oversight of the firm’s cases throughout the pre-trial, trial, and post-trial processes.

Before joining Brodhead Law, Holli gained extensive experience in business management in the legal and accounting fields as well as through ownership of her own businesses. During her career, she has worked with small, medium, and large national and international corporations across a wide range of industries, including agriculture, exports, recycling, manufacturing, and waste management. Holli also has worked with law and accounting firms in areas including real estate, bankruptcy, foreclosure, personal and corporate tax preparation, and general accounting services. She started her first business providing tax and accounting services while attending Kennesaw State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting with a minor in Legal Studies. Holli also owned and managed a successful commercial and residential construction company specializing in autoclaved aerated concrete while she obtained her Master of Science in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering. In addition to her formal education, Holli also has attended numerous continuing education courses throughout her career.
Holli’s exposure to a wide range of businesses and industries and her extensive experience has provided her with a unique and multi-faceted skill set that makes a direct impact on the success of the firm. Currently, in addition to directing all aspects of the firm’s business functions, Holli assesses the viability and challenges presented by potential new cases, oversees the processes and procedures of each case to ensure efficient and thorough handling, and assesses potential case and trial strategies.
